Drivers face a major road closure near St Neots next week as work continues on the Β£1 billion A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet scheme. Barford Road in Little Barford will be closed 24 hours a day from 9pm on Friday, September 25, until 6am on Monday, October 19, National Highways said. The closure will allow engineers to install drainage and complete final tie-in work for the new A428 road alignment. Residents inside the closure area will still have access, but the road will remain shut throughout the works, National Highways said.
